Thesis
Authority will be the scarce layer.
Models that generate financial decisions are becoming abundant. The durable value sits in the layer that decides which decisions may act with capital, proves on which inputs they were made and records what happened next. We are building that layer and proving it on our own system first.
Problem
AI can decide. Nothing yet governs the decision.
Autonomous systems are being connected to brokerages and funds while the first public failures have been failures of authority and leverage, not of model quality. Regulators already define pre-trade controls, kill functionality and model risk management; no vendor sells that layer for autonomous trading systems.

Why now
Agentic finance is arriving faster than its controls.
2026 has brought accelerator programs asking for AI-run funds, retail agent connectivity, live agentic execution announcements, new algo regulations with kill switches and audit trails, and enforcement against unsupported AI claims. The control layer is the missing piece.

Current validation stage
Forward Paper validation.
Both Brains hold Paper authority behind fail-closed filters. One natural Paper execution has completed end to end. The prediction outcome ledger judges every decision. Sample size is not sufficient to claim edge; we say so on every page.
Defensibility
Evidence and method compound; signals do not.
A prospective, hash-chained corpus of decisions, inputs, authority states, executions and judged outcomes grows every session and cannot be backfilled. The certification methodology and governance contracts are the reusable asset. In accelerator terms: process power, earned over time.
Market and commercial direction
Proving ground first. Infrastructure second.
Stage one proves the governed system on the company's own capital, in Paper and then live within its controls. In parallel, the authority and evidence layer is the kind of infrastructure allocators, compliance functions and platforms now describe as a requirement. That direction is explored with design partners; it is not presented as revenue.
Team
Founder-led, with a documented operating system.

Next
Sample sizes sufficient to evaluate edge honestly; publication of methodology and validation reports; design-partner conversations on the governance and evidence layer.
Later
Live-money authority only after trading edge has been established at adequate sample size and every certification passes, within the same governor and deadman; governed infrastructure offered to sophisticated financial organizations if the evidence and demand support it.
How this fails: the frozen models may show no edge at adequate sample size. If so, the models are replaced under the same governance and the evidence corpus, methodology and control layer remain the company's asset. What we will not do is lower a threshold, widen an authority scope or reclassify evidence to make a result appear.
